We collect information that you voluntarily provide when you use our platform.
The personal information that we collect depends on the context of your interactions with PercayAI and our platform, the choices you make, and the features that you use. The personal information that we collect may include the following:
Information Automatically Collected
We automatically collect certain information when you use our platform. This information does not reveal your specific identity, but may include device and usage information, such as:

Operation – Update, delete, create, etc.
Object – User that was changed, project that was modified, etc.
Description – Additional details about the action taken
This information is primarily needed to maintain the security and operation of our platform, as well as for internal analytics, and auditing purposes. It is not possible to disable the collection of this information.

We use personal information the following purposes:
Providing our platform to you and your organization;
Analyzing, administering, and improving the platform;
Securing the platform;
Protecting our rights or our property; and
Meeting legal obligations.
Sharing Your Information
Our Customers. We provide your access to the platform as a service to our customer, the organization that employs you or otherwise provides you permission to access the platform (“Your Organization”). Any information on processed on the platform, including personal information about you, may be shared with Your Organization.
Our Service Providers. We engage service providers to perform tasks on our behalf and to assist us in operating the platform. For example, we engage a third party to provide the platform’s cloud infrastructure. To the extent our service providers must process personal information to provide their services, we take commercially reasonable steps to limit their access and to help ensure our service providers provide at least the same level of protection for personal information as we do.
Business Transfers. We may share or transfer your information in connection with, or during negotiations of, any merger, sale of company assets, financing, or acquisition of all or a portion of our business to another company. We will not share your information, collected by or for our platform, for any other purpose.
Law Enforcement, Government Agencies, and Courts. We may disclose Personal Information at the request of law enforcement or government agencies; in response to subpoenas, court orders, or other legal process; to establish, protect, or exercise our rights; to defend against a legal claim; to protect the rights, property, or safety of any other person; or as otherwise required by law.

Legitimate Interests – We may process your data when it is reasonably necessary to achieve our legitimate business interests, including as necessary to use personal information for the purposes described above.

Our servers are located in the United States. How We Protect the Confidentiality of Personal Information
We protect the confidentiality and security of information we obtain in the course of business. We use commercially reasonable safeguards, such as industry-standard encryption technology, to help keep the information collected through the Site secure.
Despite these efforts to store personal information in a secure operating environment, we cannot guarantee the security of personal information during its transmission or its storage on our systems. Further, while we attempt to ensure the integrity and security of personal information, we cannot guarantee that our security measures will prevent third parties such as hackers from illegally obtaining access to personal information. Upon account expiration, account-level data is purged at our discretion.
When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your personal information, we will either delete or anonymize such information, or if this is not possible, we will securely store your personal information and isolate it from any further processing until deletion is possible.

We are not responsible for the practices employed by any websites or services linked to or from our platform, including the information or content contained within them. Our platform is not for children. Therefore, we do not knowingly collect or solicit any personal information from children. In the event that we learn that we have collected personal information from a child, we will promptly take steps to delete that information.
